Our Community Health Care Project delivers school-based health screening across 16 schools within our footprint, removing preventable barriers to learning by connecting learners directly to health-care.

Our key focus areas include early-grade prioritisation, where learners aged 5 to 8 represent the critical intervention window and Grades 2 to 3 are prioritised first across all 16 schools. Additionally, we are strengthening referral pathways by implementing a digital tracking system to ensure every one of our issued referrals for vision, BMI, and medical needs reaches completion.

Beyond our school-based initiatives, we provide clinic care and health referrals for community members and the elderly within our footprint. Our community engagements include transport trips, home visits, outreach calls, deliveries, collections, bus bookings, specialised home-based care visits, and direct doctor bookings.
