Two of the sixteen schools supported by the Michaelhouse Community Partnership Trust (MCPT), Crystal Springs Primary and Corrie Lynn Primary recently celebrated a very special moment: the Grade R graduation. It was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and excitement as the youngest learners proudly received their certificates and gifts, marking the start of their educational journey.
The children’s bright smiles and laughter reflected the love and dedication poured into their early learning by teachers and parents. For many, it was their first major achievement, a moment that celebrated growth, effort, and promise for the future.
In addition to the Grade R graduation, both schools hosted prize-giving ceremonies for higher grades, recognizing learners for their hard work, improvement, and excellence throughout the year. From academic awards to acknowledgments of positive behavior and participation, each prize reinforced the importance of perseverance and teamwork.
